Refund Policy
If you would like to return, please email tuckscreationsbiothane@gmail.com or use the contact form. Returns will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Returns are generally are not accepted, however we can discuss this. Any issues with sizing, please email and you will be contacted to discuss. If I have miss-made something then I will cover this due to this being my fault, but if you have mis-measured, this will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
If items are required to be returned, we highly recommend using some form of tracking. If tracking is not used and we do not receive the items then we are unable to help.

Delivery & Processing
I order materials every few weeks, so the maximum wait time should be around 4 weeks. Please note I run this as a disabled individual so there may be delays, however you will be made aware of any delays.
Once materials for your order arrived, your order will be handmade within 24-48 hours. All orders are sent via the Royal Mail, using Tracked 48 shipping. Postage is £3.50.
Sizing
Aftercare
When measuring your dog, please measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits. Please measure their neck instead of their collar to provide accurate sizing. For help and advice measuring your dog's neck, please feel free to get in touch. If your pup is still growing, please let us know and we can add some additional holes for you.
Biothane products can be swilled with warm water and dried using a cloth/towel. Do not use harsh chemicals on the products. If used in the sea, rinse off immediately to prevent the salt water causing rusting. I do not recommend using Biothane in the sea due to the risk of rusting.
